We welcome all guests to River Top Resort and do not discriminate against prospective renters.  River Top Resort cabins are high-quality, luxury accommodations.  When River Top Resort cabins are not rented to guests, the owners enjoy them as a second home.  As such, we treat River Top Resort like home, and likewise, we ask our renters to treat our cabins as you would your own home.  Thank you and enjoy your stay with us! 

 

River Top Resort Policies

Pets are welcome outside the cabin but must be kept in a crate or kennel if brought inside cabin. 

No smoking inside cabins please.

 

Minimum reservations:
2 days on weekends; 3 days on holiday weekends.

Reservations guaranteed with credit card. (First night's rent will be charged upon booking.) We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Credit Cards will be charged 7 days in advance for holiday reservations.

Stay 3 nights and receive a 10% discount. Stay 4 or 5 nights and receive a 15% discount. Stay 6 nights and receive 7th night free.  (Does not apply on 3-day holiday weekends).

Check in at 3:00 pm (4:00 pm on Sundays).  Check out at 11:00 am.

All cancellations must be made 10 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date.

 

All cancellations will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.

 

All cancellations made within 10 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged 1 night’s rent.

 

Cancellations made on scheduled arrival date are considered NO SHOWS and will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.

 

The Grandview cabin at River Top Resort has an 8-person maximum occupancy limit.  Overnight occupancy exceeding this limit is not allowed.  Violation of this policy will result in a $100/night fee for each occupant beyond 8 persons.

 

Cabins left excessively dirty or messy will be charged a $75 excess cleaning fee.

 

Owners are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.
