We welcome all guests to River Top Resort and do not discriminate against prospective renters. River Top Resort cabins are high-quality, luxury accommodations. When River Top Resort cabins are not rented to guests, the owners enjoy them as a second home. As such, we treat River Top Resort like home, and likewise, we ask our renters to treat our cabins as you would your own home. Thank you and enjoy your stay with us!
River Top Resort Policies
Pets are welcome at River Top Resort, but we ask that large pets remain outside the cabin. Small dogs can stay inside cabin if house-trained and they do not chew or shed, otherwise they must be kept in a crate or kennel. Cats must remain crated or kenneled at all times inside cabin.
No smoking inside cabins please.Guests will be charged a $75 excess cleaning fee, at a minimum, for excessive pet or cooking odors, or if smoking occurs inside cabins.
Minimum reservations:
2 days on weekends; 3 days on holiday weekends.
Reservations guaranteed with credit card. (First night's rent will be
charged upon booking.) We accept MasterCard,
Visa, Discover and American Express.
Check in at 3:00 pm Check out at 11:00 am.
All cancellations will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. At guest request, owner will waive this fee by retaining first night’s deposit and applying to new reservation.
All cancellations made within 10 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged 1 night’s rent.
Cancellations made on scheduled arrival date are considered NO SHOWS
and will be charged 100% of the reservation.
Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.
The Grandview cabin at River Top Resort has an 8-person maximum occupancy limit. Overnight occupancy exceeding this limit is not allowed.
Cabins left excessively dirty or messy will be charged a $75 excess cleaning fee.
Owners are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.
